This was our OPEN AIR CINEMA 2025!
Exactly 3 weeks ago our open air cinema came to an end. Summer-loving cineastes will look at their watches for a moment, open-air cinema? Looking back? It's only June, well, you probably missed the very first open-air cinema of the season - time for a little review:
This year we organized our open air cinema in front of the Hfg for the 6th (!) time. Every year this is a special highlight, not only for you viewers, but also for us.
The somewhat mixed weather on a few evenings was skillfully defeated by umbrellas and shelters of all kinds and so we had 7 cinema evenings full of popcorn, nachos, vegan hot dogs and of course great movies.
The great DJ line-up ensured that the atmosphere was already exuberant before the movies and we were able to start in a good mood. Thanks at this point to all the DJs!
Our silent movie evening with concert was a particular highlight! Live piano and drums turned the meadow in front of the HfG into a window into the past years of silent film. This definitely needs to be repeated!
Many thanks to everyone who took part! Together we can look back with pride on a great team, a fantastic audience and an unforgettable open-air cinema. And of course we are already looking forward to repeating this festival in 2026!
