Lucy smuggles a suitcase containing a drug from Taiwan to the USA for her boyfriend. But then her boyfriend is shot and Lucy falls into the clutches of a rival gang. They abuse her and use her as a body pack. But the plan goes wrong and the drug gets into her bloodstream. However, the drug has an unusual effect: it increases her abilities. She now uses them to take revenge on her tormentors.
